小反刍兽疫（Infection with peste des petits ruminants virus，peste des petits ruminants，PPR）俗称羊瘟，又名小反刍兽假性牛瘟（pseudorinderpest）、肺肠炎（pneumoenteritis）、口炎肺肠炎复合症（stomatitis-pneumoenteritis complex），一类传染病、寄生虫病，是由小反刍兽疫病毒引起的一种急性病毒性传染病，主要感染小反刍动物，以发热、口炎、腹泻、肺炎为特征。
